Wow, cool building. How old is it?

Are the cubicles new or used?
Most of our cubicles are refurbished or "remanufactured" as some places refer to it. We take panels from top manufacturers like Steelcase, Haworth or Herman Miller and clean them and give them new fabric and paint. We clean the pedestals and repaint those if necessary and match it all up with a clean, smooth worksurface. Although we are quite thorough in our process, occasionally you may find a few dings in the file cabinets, but any defects are minor and are 100% cosmetic. Learn more about Our Refurbishing Process. Occasionally, we get in some cubicles that are in such good condition that we really don't feel a need to refurbish and we sell those "As-Is" at a great price. You can find such items in our Clearance and Bulk Discount Section.

Why should I buy refurbished cubicles?
New cubicles are beautiful, clean and come in a wide variety of colors and configurations, but are as expensive as all get out. Used cubicles are cheap, but are often dirty, smelly and you're stuck with whatever colors or configurations are available. With refurbished cubicles, you get the best of both worlds. By purchasing refurbished cubicles, you often save as much as 80% of the MSRP of new cubicles. Our refurbished cubicles come in a wide variety of colors and finishes, from standard fabrics, to vinyl or laminate, glass inserts and countless configurations. Our talented woodworkers can give you different laminates for your worksurfaces, and cut them to any size to fit your needs. You get all the versatility of new, without the heavy price tag. Since refurbished cubicles are reupholstered and repainted, you don't have to worry about rips, stains or tears, nor your office having that used car smell for weeks. As an added benefit, by purchasing refurbished cubicles, you are saving these partitions and worksurfaces from going to landfills. It uses far less materials and waste to refurbish a cubicles than to build a new one. So by purchasing refurbished cubicles, you save money and save the environment. It just makes sense.

What condition are these "As-Is" Cubicles in?
They are clean, and without rips or tears in the fabric. What you will typically find is smudge/scuff marks. Only the cleanest and newest looking cubicles are selected to be sold "As-Is." We sell them in matching sets, so you don't have to worry about them being mismatched. We keep these in stock for those customers who need cubicles right now. We can usually ship next day and stand by them as quality products. Of course you don't get the same color and configuration selection with these as you do with our refurbished cubicles, but with these prices and convenience, we think you'll be pleased.

Why am I getting emails? I never signed up for a newsletter.
We just launched our bi-weekly newsletter and added all of our previous customers and contacts since they would not have had an opportunity to sign up. Stay up to date with our newest products, sales and discounts and hear about new services as they become available. We're growing and always looking for new ways to better serve our customers. Although we feel this is a great way to hear about any new products, services or specials we're offering, we understand that receiving tons of emails can be annoying. It's our intention to only send out newsletters when starting new services and programs as well as monthly updates equaling no more than two newsletters a month, but if you'd like to be removed from our list please contact us and we will do so as soon as possible.

Wow, cool building. How old is it?
It was constructed in the late 1800s. We're not sure what it was used for, but I'm thinking maybe some sort of butcher or meat market deal. What do you think?
